Party for Dr. Tsann-Wang Yu
A dinner party was organized
by COAA on February 26, 2005
at Tony Lin’s Restaurant
in Rockville, Maryland for Dr.
Tsann-Wang Yu, COAA past president
1997-1998. Retiring from NOAA/NWS/National
Centers for Environmental Prediction
(NCEP)/Ocean Modeling Branch,
after over 29 years of service,
he is to start a new adventure
at the NOAA funded Atmospheric
Sciences Cooperative Science
Center at Howard University,
Washington, D.C. as a Distinguished
Scholar.
