conference to be held in
Qingdao of China.

COAA 2005 Spring
Workshop
Dear COAA members:
The
COAA Spring Workshop will be
held
at University of Maryland
(College
Park) from 1:00 - 5:00pm, April
16 (the day after the tax return
and
you may need a break :-) followed
by a dinner. This year's workshop
particularly features "Interaction
with Program Managers".
Three program managers from NASA,
NSF and Navy ONR, respectively are
invited to give talks as well as
question answering. If you are interested
in how to obtain research fundings,
please come to attend or even better
to present your own research results
to get some feedbacks from them.
